What we collect

Your e-mail address and/or mobile phone number, a hashed password, your time zone, the reminders you create (including any photo you upload), the messages we send you and their delivery status, and records of your payments. Card and bank details are handled by PayPal and never reach our servers.

How we use it

Only to provide the service: sending reminders and account notices, billing, support and preventing abuse. We do not sell your information.

Who we share it with

PayPal (payments), our SMS provider (to deliver texts), and our e-mail infrastructure. [List processors.]

How long we keep it

Completion history and message logs are kept for 2 years. Deleting your account removes your reminders, photos and history. Payment records are kept as required for accounting. A record that an e-mail or phone number used a free trial is kept to enforce the one-trial rule.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from reminder e-mails with the link in any e-mail; reply STOP to any text; export or delete your data from Account settings.
