Frequently asked questions

How does "Remind me until done" work?

On the due date we send your reminder at the time you chose. If you don't click "I did this", we remind you again every day: by text for up to 10 days (if you chose text), then by e-mail, for up to 30 days. After 30 days the reminder is marked missed and the next one is scheduled. Turn it off for any reminder to get just one message per due date.

When is the next reminder after I click "I did this"?

It's counted from the day you confirmed. If you change your smoke detector batteries 5 days late, the next reminder is 6 months from that day.

Why does "I did this" open a page instead of just working?

Some e-mail security scanners open every link in a message. A confirmation page makes sure only you can mark a task done.

Can I snooze or skip?

Yes — from the website, or straight from the e-mail or text: snooze for 1 day, 3 days, 1 week or a date you pick, or skip this time.

What if a reminder is set for the 31st?

In months without a 31st it falls on the last day of the month.

What counts toward my limit?

Only active reminder schedules. Deactivate a reminder any time to free a slot; you can keep as many inactive reminders as you like.

What happens if I need fewer reminders later?

If your limit drops (for example you remove an add-on at renewal), your oldest reminders stay active and the rest become inactive. You can then choose which ones are active, changing that set once per month.

How do refunds and cancellations work?

Every charge — first payment, renewals and add-ons — is fully refundable within 30 days from the Billing page. If you cancel, you keep full access until the end of the paid period.

What if a payment fails?

You get 20 days of full service while you update your payment method in PayPal. After that reminders are paused, and after 3 months they're deleted (we warn you 30 and 7 days before). Your account itself stays.

How do I stop texts?

Reply STOP to any text. Reply START to resume, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Every e-mail also has an unsubscribe link.

Can I move my reminders to another account?

Yes. Export them as CSV and import the file into the other account. Only settings move — not history or photos.

Is it available outside the US?

Not yet. At launch we support US phone numbers and US time zones.
